Meet the Visionary Behind Structurology Business Consulting
Dr. Jessica Hames brings over 20 years of professional experience in executive leadership across the mental health, substance abuse, nonprofit, and financial sectors. Holding a PhD in Psychology, an M.A. in Forensic Psychology, and a BS in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Psychology, she is also a Certified Addictions Professional in the State of Florida and a member of the Psi Chi International Honor Society.
In her recent role as Director of Operations for a start-up specializing in behavioral sleep medicine through CBT-I, Dr. Hames demonstrated her expertise in strategic and operational leadership. She was instrumental in developing and implementing innovative programs and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing strategic and financial planning, supporting business development, and risk assessment.
As a leader, educator, and agent of social change, Dr. Hames has also served as Executive Director for a nonprofit agency and as the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program Director for a community behavioral health agency. In these roles, she developed evidence-based treatment and prevention programs, managed government contracts, and spearheaded strategic partnerships to enhance client-focused care.
Dr. Hames is dedicated to combating discrimination and social stigma, advocating for at-risk individuals, and fostering strategic partnerships to improve the lives of those with behavioral health and substance use diagnoses. Her commitment to excellence and innovation continues to drive her mission to elevate and transform the fields of behavioral health and business consulting.
